Processing & Delivery

Our products are made to order. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and shipping method.

Shipping estimates are expressed in business days, after production. For U.S. orders:

• Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days after production
• Faster Shipping: 2–5 business days after production

Production time is additional and may vary by product.

Estimated delivery dates, when available, are provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gtdhumantm@gmail.com.

Please include:

• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Our website uses Chatbase to provide customer assistance. Messages submitted through the chatbot may be processed and stored by Chatbase to operate the service.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or payment information through the chatbot.
