Return and Exchange Policy

All Guaranteed Human items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, color preferences, or change of mind.
